DECORATION TECHNIQUES

Screen printing is a highly favored process due to its exceptional color opacity, print sharpness, and the extraordinary brilliance it imparts to printed images. Utilizing a rubber squeegee, the printing ink is applied through a screen onto the substrate. Non-printing areas are meticulously covered with a hardened photosensitive emulsion.
Our machines are versatile, capable of printing on various materials such as glass, ceramics, and plastics. Achieving a maximum printing speed of 45-50 items per minute.

Electrostartic Spray Painting Line
Our rotary bell system from our Painting Line reaches speeds of 50,000 to 120,000 RPM, atomizes paint into minute particles, ensuring an even and smooth coating.
Our process offers higher paint efficiency due to electrostatic attraction between the paint and glassware, resulting in 30% to 50% paint savings compared to conventional air gun applications for the same effect and color.
The system is easy to set up, with two electrostatic turbo bells capable of covering entire 750ml glass bottles, while conventional air gun applications would require 8 to 10 guns.
The control system is user-friendly, allowing numerical settings for paint volume and electrostatic turbo bell configurations.

Hot foil stamping is a meticulous process that requires time, pressure, and heat to transfer a thin foil from a carrier material onto articles using a flat cliché or a transfer wheel. For glass articles, a primer must first be applied using the screen printing process. The primer precisely mirrors the image to be foiled, ensuring the foil adheres solely to the primed areas.
For plastic articles, the application of a primer is unnecessary. The plastic material allows the foil to be transferred directly using special transfer toolings.
