Double-Door Vacuum Metallizing Machine
The double-door vacuum metallizing machine features a PLC and HMI control system, enabling high automation and easy operation. It offers manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic modes with process parameters set via the touchscreen for seamless control throughout the vacuum metallizing process.
Key Features:
• Double-Door Design: Allows continuous operation with one door closed for vacuuming and coating while the other is used for loading. This reduces production time and costs.
• Evaporation Process: Uses tungsten wire to heat solid coating materials (aluminum, tin, copper, or chrome) to their boiling points for sublimation.
• Customization: Aluminum wire purity (>99.95%) and loading parameters determine the film thickness, ensuring precision.
